THOMAS FAUDRY - EXECUTIVE CHEF Executive Chef Thomas Faudry brings a wealth of experience to The Vine. After completing his Baccalaureat at the Lycee Professionnel Hotelier de Poitiers, Thomas gained much of his experience in Michelin rated restaurants throughout Europe and was a semi finalist at the Councour de Cuisine in 2005. In 2007 and 2008 Thomas focused his learning on the different interpretations of Antoine Westermann’s cuisine at Le Drouant, Mon Viel Ami and Le Buerehiesel in Strasbourg and most recently at Fortaleza do Guincho in Cascais, Portugal.
