Chef Anthoine Westermann, distinguished with 3 Michelin stars and renowned worldwide, was the responsible for the born of UVA´s concept. Joining forces with the chef Thomas Faudry, they combined the French savoir faire with the best regional products. Today is Thomas who is reponsible for presenting and conquering the most fresh, new and delicious receipts ever!
